Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the information and content you provide, and the publishing instructions you give. You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to use the content, voice, image, likeness, trademarks, and social accounts you provide to Frame. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited right to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and create output from it only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the services you request.
Acceptable use
You must use Frame lawfully and in accordance with the terms of every connected platform. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorised content; misuse another person’s identity or likeness; interfere with Frame; attempt unauthorised access; or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Connected platforms and publishing
Third-party platforms, including TikTok, apply their own terms, policies, publishing restrictions, and availability rules. Frame acts only on the authorisations and publishing actions you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing content, captions, disclosures, destination, timing, and privacy options before publication.
Availability and changes
Frame is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We may update these terms by posting a revised version or giving notice through the service.
Liability and indemnity
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or costs of obtaining substitute services. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of Frame or breach of these terms.
